French lubricant manufacturer, Motul has recently launched two new product ranges to supplement its already extensive product line-up.
The newly released additives tap right into the manufacturer’s expertise of not only extracting better performance, but also increased efficiency from internal combustion engines.
One of these additions to the Motul line-up consists of system cleaners for both petrol and diesel engines, as well as valve and injector cleaning additives. The aim of these products is to remove deposits from the fuel system and engine, translating into better performance and ultimately improved fuel economy. This, in turn, also means that vehicles are friendlier to the environment.
Similarly, Motul’s Engine Clean and Automatic Transmission Clean also clear any redundant deposits from components that come into contact with the cleaning formula. The dirt particles are then suspended in the oil, be it of the engine or gearbox variety, and then removed during the next scheduled oil change.
The Motul Additives Range will be distributed within the borders of South Africa by OEM Lubricants and will also include Throttle Body Clean and both Radiator Clean and Radiator Stop Leak.
While Motul takes care of cleaning engines, its recent acquisition of Lescot Company takes care of cleaning and caring for a car on the inside and out. The Lescot range includes a Power Shampoo that not only cuts through grease, but also protects a car’s shine. In addition, Lescot also offers an All in One Polish that ‘protects and renews’ a car’s bodywork.
